Harvest Global Investments Limited (“HGI”) was established in Hong Kong as a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvest Fund Management Co., Ltd (“HFM”) in 2008 with a vision to be an internationally recognized leading Asian specialist asset manager, managing assets that leverage on our strength and deep understanding of the Asian and China asset markets.

Our parent HFM, is a leading asset management company and one of the industry leaders in China with 10 offices throughout China serving more than 8 million clients. Since its establishment in 1999, HFM has grown into the third largest asset manager as well as the second largest joint venture asset management company in China (in terms of assets under management by retail funds) with assets under management in excess of USD46 billion as at end of 2012.

We believe that having a parentage with a strong foothold and extensive investment resources in China provides us with an independent yet unique insight into China markets as well as its impact on the rest of the world. This along with the Asian and China equities teams transferred from Deutsche Asset Management in 2009 provides us with a long standing track record and enables us to offer investors the full spectrum of investments across China and Asian asset classes.
