In recent years, with the advancement of internet technology, telecommunications and financial fraud techniques have rapidly evolved, becoming increasingly deceptive and severely infringing upon public property safety and legitimate rights. In response to regulatory authorities’ calls to prevent telecommunications and financial fraud, and to safeguard investors’ interests, Harvest Global Investments Limited (hereinafter referred to as “HGI” or “the Company”) solemnly issues the following reminders:
- 1.HGI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harvest Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Harvest Fund”). Harvest Fund has only three licensed financial subsidiaries domestically and internationally: Harvest Wealth Management Co., Ltd., Harvest Capital Management Co., Ltd., and HGI. Harvest Fund authorizes only these subsidiaries to conduct external publicity, operations, and promotions under the name of Harvest Fund’s subsidiaries. No other domestic or international financial institutions are affiliated with Harvest Fund, and none are permitted to conduct publicity, operations, or promotions in the name of Harvest Fund or its subsidiaries.
- 2.For investors with financial needs, HGI urges you to select legitimate financial products and services provided by qualified institutions through official channels. Do not blindly trust financial products or services promoted, operated, or marketed by illegitimate institutions or individuals through nonofficial channels.
- 3.HGI urges all investors to remain vigilant, enhance their awareness and ability to identify illegal activities, and effectively protect their legitimate rights from infringement. If you discover any illegal activities misusing the name of Harvest Fund or its subsidiaries, please immediately report them to the police or regulatory authorities, or contact our customer service hotline at (852) 3913 3393 for consultation.
